About My Practice
Integrative counselling grounded in collaboration, trust and ongoing reasearch
Professional Background & Experience
I am licensed counsellor in the UK with 8 years of professional work experience and over 10 years of experience in related therapeutic settings. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can feel daunting, and often requires courage, and as such can be the most difficult step on the path to consistent wellbeing. My endeavour is to make the next steps easier for you.
I have about 3 thousand hours of experience in helping people with their mental struggles, and over twice that amount, in related fields (academic mentoring, care in institutional settings, hospices).

My professional development integrates several therapeutic modalities, including person-centred, existential, mindfulness-based CBT (MCBT), Focusing, intersubjectivity, and Gestalt.
At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship - the depth of trust that allows openness and growth. Research consistently shows that the quality of the therapeutic alliance is one of the strongest predictors of positive outcomes (T. DeAngelis, American Psychological Association, Vol. 50, No. 10).
In practice, this means building trust, clarity, and mutual understanding while integrating different therapeutic approaches into a coherent and personalised process.
